Next 12 August she will hold a concert in Bansko, Bulgaria, near the city\u2019s Nikola Vaptsarov Square. The concert is sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute in Sofia. Since she was a teenager, the song-writer has explored various aspects of music: she started by studying classical piano music and then shifted her focus to jazz and Latin music, and ultimately graduated with honours in a jazz singing course of the Domenico Cimarosa Conservatory of Avellino. In 2011 her song \u201cDi rosso e sensualit\u00e0\u201d was the overall winner of the \u201cPremio Anacapri Bruno Lauzi\u201d, an international song contest broadcast by UnoMattina and Rai3; she also won the same contest\u2019s \u201cPremio Alessandra Cora\u201d for best female singer. Since 2012 she has been touring Italy with her quintet, performing in theatres and clubs. \u00a0In October 2013 her song \u201cLi penzieri\u201d made the list of top-ten finalists in the prestigious \u201cPremio Andrea Parodi\u201d award. In July 2015 she was again finalist in the prestigious \u201cPremio Bindi\u201d award with the song &#8220;La tortura&#8221;. In May 2015 she was invited to perform in a cycle of concerts in Japan.
