The anthological exhibition is curated by Ortega-Márquez. It is the first time that the city of Santiago, his family’s city of origin, hosts an anthological exhibition of the artist. The exhibition will display several of his works, some of which were recently exhibited in Rome, at Echaurren’s solo exhibition entitled “Contropittura” which was hosted at the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art. The exhibition features 110 works including paintings, drawings, collages and ceramic objects from the 1970s to date, accompanied by a rich documentary section.
