The lesson is organised by the Italian Institute of Culture in partnership with the Sheraton Hotel and Italy\u2019s ICE (Agency for the internationalisation and promotion of Italian companies abroad) in Tel Aviv, with the sponsorship of the Italian Embassy in Israel. Participants will be able to learn how to make some typical dishes of the Italian culinary tradition, in a journey into Italian cuisine. The Italian Institute of Culture has offices in Tel Aviv and a branch office in Haifa.
