The Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni,\u00a0 and\u00a0 Pietro Marcenaro, President of the Piedmont Centre for African Studies will open the meeting.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 The issue of displaced persons and refugees within the broader context of migration will be on the agenda. Speakers at the first session on &#8220;Migration, Rights and International Relations&#8221;, to be moderated by Alberto Negri from Il Sole24Ore will include: Ferruccio Pastore from the European and International Forum on Migration Research (FIERI)), Gianni Bonvicini from the Institute of International Affairs and Luigi Manconi, president of the Italian Senate\u2019s Human Rights Commission.
