The class will be held by Francesco Mazzei, President of the Federation\u2019s British delegation and chef at the Sartoria restaurant; Danilo Cortellini, Deputy President and chef at the Embassy; and Guglielmo Arnulfo, another Italian chef working at the Acciuga restaurant.
