A short holiday was enough to convince Pasquale Capitelli, a 30-something from the Province of Caserta, to move to Finland. The search for a job \u2013 and love \u2013 provided the motivation for him to emigrate to Vaasa, where he re-invented himself as a \u201cpizzaiolo\u201d, or pizza chef. \u201cI opted for that because here in Finland if you don\u2019t speak the language well it\u2019s nearly impossible to enter certain jobs\u201d.<\/p>\n
