The branch will have a staff of 30, initial assets of one billion, and will answer to the \u201chub branch\u201d in Dubai, one of the four worldwide along with New York, London and Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the Corporate &#038; Investment Banking Division, the new branch will operate as a \u201cfull branch\u201d in close synergy with the group\u2019s international network and Italian structures. Its priority aim is to support Italian businesses seeking to penetrate the Turkish market and help local enterprises interested in the Italian market and in investing in our country. The Istanbul branch will also cooperate closely with Banca IMI \u2013 the group\u2019s investment bank \u2013 to offer structured finance, Project and Acquisition Financing, M&#038;A Advisory and Capital Markets products.
