In particular, he announced the opening within the year of a technological park in Georgia. Additionally, the government intends to invest in human capital development, with plans for education and professional training\u2014including of Georgian citizens belonging to linguistic minorities\u2014and in welfare development, especially as regard broadening access and improving medical care<br \/>quality.
