The Italian ambassador to Dakar spoke with Liberati, who he found in good health, and later informed the man\u2019s wife of the outcome.<\/p>\n<p>The Gambian authorities found that Commander De Simone, as being in charge of the boat, would remain in jail until the fine was paid. Our ambassador in Dakar continues to monitor the situation with the maximum attention.
