It will cover both artists like Artemisia Gentileschi, and the muses that inspired great artists like Leonardo, Raffaello, Tiziano, and Bernini.<\/p>\n<p>Within a cycle of five online meetings, Luciano Migliaccio, Professor of the History of Art at the Department of the History of Architecture and Aesthetics for the FAU\/USP Project, and Simone Floridia, a graduate in the History of Art from the Universit\u00e0 Cattolica in Milan, for the History of Medieval and Modern Art, and specialising in the Historical Artistic and Architectural Heritage at Udine University, will speak on this topic. It begins with a conference on 15 September, entitled\u00a0\u201cFemale images in antiquity: Leonardo\u2019s women\u201d. On 22 September the subject will be \u201cWives and Lovers: Raffaello, Tiziano, and Bernini\u201d, on 29 it will be \u201cSofonisba Anguissola and other female Italian artists of the 16th Century\u201d. On 6 October it will be the turn of \u201cArtemisia Gentileschi and other female Italian artists of the 17th Century\u201d and will end on 13 October with \u201cRosalba Carriera: the marvel of her century\u201d.
