It was recorded in Barcelona in May 2020 and then remixed in Sardinia, Angeli&#8217;s homeland. With this new work he has combined the avant-garde with the rituality of traditional singing, evoking open spaces and combining submerged worlds with ancestral Sardinia. Paolo Angeli is an ethnologist, a composer, and a guitarist with extraordinary technical and interpretative skills, and can be classified as one of the great improvisers along with Pat Metheny or Fred Frith.
