Del Re asked to focus on building a global alliance for vaccine and universal immunisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&#8220;Civil society organizations are an essential partner for development,&#8221; the Deputy Minister recalled. &#8220;Europe&#8217;s role must be felt even in peripheral realities.
