With a skilful mix of artistic performances and the presentation of typical food, the actresses-waitresses guided the audience through a journey to discover the traditional tastes of the Salento region, through bite-size tastes of m\u00f9scari, scap\u00e8ce, dried tomatoes in oil, and Africano e Negroamaro wine.
