The Italian Consulate General in Fiume has brought to Istria, in Buie, the travelling performance ‘Romeo and Juliet’, a peculiar show which the\u00a0Teatro Stabile di Verona has been organizing for over twenty years in the capital city of\u00a0 the Veneto province.<\/p>\n
This time, it was the picturesque historic city centre of Buie to be the ideal frame for the tragedy. The actor and the audience\u00a0 walked down the city streets, starting from Piazza San Servolo and heading to the cemetary, where the death scene of the two lovers took place. The performance was successful beyond all expectations, involving about 300 people in the scenes of the drama, from the celebrations in the Capulet’s home to the duel between Mercutio and Tybalt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
