Italian graffiti artist Marcello Roveda, aka Mars &#8211; who already took part in last year&#8217;s Dakar art biennial exhibition and in Senegal&#8217;s Festigraff\u00a0 graffiti festival &#8211; is working with Docta, one of Senegal&#8217;s most famous graffiti artists, to paint a portion of the embassy wall.
