The exhibition can be visited from 5 to 30 December. Its aim is to stimulate debate on contemporary architecture and give a picture of the regional scenario between 2012 and 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The Regional Council of Tuscany, the Architects\u2019 Association of Florence and Pisa, the Federation of Tuscan Architects, the Foundation of Architects of Florence and ANCE Tuscany conceived this project and organised it into five categories: first work; new construction work; restoration or renovation work; interior design work; and work on public landscapes and regeneration.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>An international jury, which included Marco De Michelis, Sandy Attia, Jo\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Carrilho da Gra\u00e7a, Simone Sfriso of TAM associati and Guido Borelli, chose a short list of twenty works out of a total of 150 participants, with five overall winners in each category.\u00a0\u00a0The President of the Regional Council, Eugenio Giani, said that \u201can architectural prize is a crucial element in the transformation of a territory, needed to support best practices and environmental and civil innovation. It may also help encourage many young Tuscan professionals in the development of their careers\u201d.
