The Trade Fair, which is organised by the Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA), is one of the most important promotional events in East Africa and represents a great business opportunity for participating companies. The theme of the 2018 edition, which records the participation of almost one thousand exhibitors from 28 Countries, is\u00a0\u201cEnhancing Value Addition through Industrialization\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Italy Pavilion was set up by the National Institute for Foreign Trade\u2013 ITA\/ICE (Regional Office of Addis Ababa), in cooperation with the Italian Embassy in Kampala and was inaugurated by the Italian Ambassador in Uganda,\u00a0Domenico Fornara. At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Ambassador said: \u201cExperiences such as this show the key importance of the support of Italy Inc.
