Created in 2005 by guitarist Rudy Linka, the festival will continue until 17 July with stops in Pilsen, Liberec,\u00a0Doma\u017elice, T\u00e1bor and Brno and will offer free admission to all performances. Enrico Rava, one of the most well-known and appreciated Italian jazz artists, will be accompanied by Gabriele Evangelista on bass, Enrico\u00a0Morello on drums and Francesco Diodati on guitar in what, in 2015, was elected as &#8220;best band&#8221;, according to the referendum launched by\u00a0&#8220;Musica Jazz&#8221;\u00a0magazine. The\u00a0 Enrico Rava New Quartet recital is promoted by the Italian Embassy, the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.\u00a0Maestro Ennio Morricone\u00a0 will perform on\u00a0Sunday 15 July at the\u00a0prestigious\u00a0Art Nouveau\u00a0building of the Smetana Hall of the Obecni dum.\u00a0Accompanied by the Czech\u00a0National\u00a0Symphonic Orchestra,\u00a0Maestro Morricone\u00a0will present &#8220;Musica Assoluta&#8221;, a selection of film scores and excerpts taken from his symphonic works. Almost seven years have gone by since the famous Italian composer and conductor performed in the Prague Proms festival for the first time. Since then, the tites between Ennio\u00a0Morricone and the\u00a0Czech\u00a0National\u00a0Symphonic Orchestra have grown increasingly stronger.
