We intend to see to it that real progress is made over the next six months\u201d, she said.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u201cI believe it is essential to build on the achievements of recent years. It could still take time, but we must go forward, and not only in the interests of the region\u2019s countries but also of the EU and the international community\u201d, she assured, \u201cenlargement is an instrument for promoting peace, stability and growth for everyone.
