On Friday, December 17, the Vice Consul of Italy in\u00a0Chongqing,\u00a0Adriana Lori, participated in the ceremony of inauguration of the\u00a0Milano Design Film Festival\u00a0at the renowned\u00a0Zhongxin\u00a0bookstore in\u00a0Chengdu,\u00a0capital of\u00a0Sichuan\u00a0province.\u00a0The event was attended by the\u00a0Vice\u00a0Director of the Management Committee of the\u00a0Tianfu New Area,\u00a0Diao Yi,\u00a0the Vice General Director of the Office of Foreign Affairs of the City of\u00a0Chengdu, Huang Tao\u00a0and the Director of the International Office for Cooperation of the\u00a0Tianfu New Area, Hua Minna.<\/p>\n
With the patronage of the\u00a0Italian\u00a0Ministry of Culture\u00a0(MiBAC),\u00a0of the City of Milan and of the Association of Architects of Milan, and thanks to the involvement of the world of cinema, design and architecture, the\u00a0Milano Design Film Festival\u00a0is a unique showcase that serves to publicize the world of\u00a0Italian\u00a0design and architecture through cinema. It is a fascinating event that attracts increasing numbers of visitors in an expanding variety of sectors: from professionals in the fields concerned, to enthusiasts,\u00a0students\u00a0and the general public.<\/p>\n
During the daylong\u00a0event,\u00a0a\u00a0round table\u00a0featured\u00a0the participation of the Italian designer and architect,\u00a0Marco De Battista.\u00a0It was an opportunity for\u00a0an\u00a0wide-ranging exchange of ideas on creativity, innovation and sustainability in urban planning, thanks to the participation of\u00a0the\u00a0Chinese experts, designers and architects who participated in the activities of urban planning of the City of\u00a0Chengdu.<\/p>\n
