The meeting was an opportunity to review key bilateral issues, the challenges related to the Eastern Partnership and the state of EU-Turkish relations. In thanking Italy for its constant support for Ankara\u2019s closer relationship with Europe, Minister Cavusolgu hoped that new negotiating chapters will be opened during Italy\u2019s Presidency of the European Union.
