The commemoration events will open on 6 February with the concert \u201cLe Nuvole di Pier Paolo\u201d, a journey into the musical world of the great writer, film producer and poet.<\/p>\n<p>The musical project comprises eight great Italian artists: Emilia Zamuner (voice), Daniele Sepe (sax), Flavio Boltro (trumpet), Daniele Di Bonaventura (accordion), Jacopo Mezzanotti (guitar and arrangements), Mario Nappi (piano), Davide Costagliola (double bass and bass) and Paolo Forlini (drums and percussions), who will perform in the suggestive location of the Teatro Fernando de Rojas at the C\u00edrculo de Bellas Artes. After the Madrid debut, on 9 February &#8220;Le Nuvole di Pasolini&#8221; will be staged at the Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebasti\u00e1n, for the second show in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The concert opens with a brief introductory suite dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini. The programme follows with the poet\u2019s most famous pieces such as &#8220;Cosa sono le Nuvole?&#8221; written for Domenico Modugno, or &#8220;Il soldato di Napoleone&#8221; for Sergio Endrigo. Music by Johann Sebastian Bach, a selection of folk songs from the \u201cCanzoniere di Pasolini\u201d, and Ennio Morricone\u2019s compositions drawn from the writer\u2019s most famous films intertwine with the songs written for Laura Betti and Domenico Modugno, which embrace and dance with the poet\u2019s words to create a perfect synthesis and a musical production that is unique in its genre. The agenda of activities will continue with conferences, debates, and screenings and also with shows, music and performances.
