Foreign Minister Emma Bonino has welcomed the Russian authorities\u2019 decision to release Italian national Cristian D\u2019Alessandro on bail. D\u2019Alessandro was arrested on 19 September 2013 as part of the Greenpeace Arctic case. <\/P>
