The Vice Consul from our mission in St. Petersburg has been in Murmansk since 22 September 2013 to help our fellow citizen. The Vice Consul has met Mr. D&#8217;Alessandro and found him in good mental and physical condition.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>In Moscow, the Italian Ambassador has met the Director General for the European Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
