{"id":75174,"date":"2022-03-22T14:19:47","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T13:19:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2022\/03\/italian-design-day-a-pristina\/"},"modified":"2022-03-22T14:46:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T13:46:52","slug":"italian-design-day-a-pristina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/retediplomatica\/2022\/03\/italian-design-day-a-pristina\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian Design Day in Pristina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en-GB\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Italian Embassy in Kosovo and the ITA (Italian Trade Agency) Office in Tirana have organised an event in Pristina to celebrate the VI Day of Italian Design, to be held today 22 March at the Hotel Emerald and to be attended by the Ministers of Culture and of Industry, the Mayor of Pristina and operators of the trade.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The event will be inaugurated by Ambassador Antonello De Riu, who claims that Italian design can offer new opportunities in terms of living standards and \u201cmust now adjust the needs of man to the surrounding reality, supporting a new economic momentum through greater attention to environmental, social and economic responsibilities. It\u2019s a complex task \u2013 the Ambassador added \u2013 and Italian design has already proven it can perform it\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The event will feature a video link with star architect Carlo Ratti, who thought up the urban vision of Pristina to be showcased at the contemporary art and urban design biennial exhibition \u201cManifesta\u201d (July-October 2022).
