The news of dozens of victims is confirmation \u2013 if that were necessary \u2013 of the extreme urgency that all political forces meet to discuss national reconciliation\u201d, was Minister for Foreign Affairs Emma Bonino\u2019s comment today.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>The minister reiterated that the clashes not only do not help to achieve peace, but that they cannot but lead to tragic results and to further aggravating existing divisions.
