Victims who include so many children from the Plaza Towers elementary school. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>A grave and tragic event such as this puts the people of Oklahoma and all the authorities involved to a harsh test. Please accept my sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy and solidarity for the relatives of the victims, in the name of the deep friendship that binds our countries.
