In this edition, Italy presents four documentaries made available by the Italian Cultural Institute in association with the RAM Film Festival of the Fondazione Museo Civico of Rovereto.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Festival opened with the documentary titled \u201cLangobardi Alboino e Romans\u201d (2021) by Simone Vrech, an innovative docufilm on the world of the Longobards which, through a mix of cinema and historical and archaeological documentary, tells the story of King Alboin.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IT\">The screening<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0continued<\/span><span lang=\"IT\">\u00a0with \u201cMuseo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Scrigno di civilt\u00e0\u201d (2021) by Laura Pintus, in which the museum director, Paolo Giulierini, shows to the camera of the RAI 2 TV news show the jewels of the world\u2019s most important classical archaeology museum, including the famous mosaic of Alexander, found in Pompei in the 1800s.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"IT\">The last\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">documentaries screened were:<\/span><span lang=\"IT\">\u00a0\u201cEtiopia. \u2018Lontano\u2019 lungo il fiume\u201d (2021) by Lucio Rosa and \u201cAgalma\u201d (2020) by Doriana Monaco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">All the documentaries were screened in the original Italian version, with subtitles in Serbian.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The 22nd\u00a0International Archaeological Cinema Festival, co-sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrade, opened in the Serbian capital.
