The Italian Embassy in Doha, through the Italian Foreign Trade Agency (ICE), participated in the 18th edition of \u201cProject Qatar\u201d and in the 7th edition of \u201cHospitality Qatar\u201d, two trade fairs held simultaneously at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 6 to 9 June.
\nItaly participated in the two trade fairs with two pavilions: the first, at \u201cProject Qatar\u201d, covered an area 126 sq m and hosted 12 Italian exhibitors from the construction and design sector; the second, at \u201cHospitality Qatar\u201d, covered an area 180 sq m and counted on the participation of 16 Italian exhibitors from the food sector. This pavilion also hosted the latest edition of \u201cBreakfast Made in Italy\u201d, a project developed by the National Confederation of Handicrafts and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to promote the unique taste of Italian-style breakfasts.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are particularly proud of Italy\u2019s participation in these two events,\u201d said the Italian Ambassador in Doha, Alessandro Prunas, in his opening remarks at the MEGA Projects Qatar Conference. He added: \u201cThrough our presence, we once again reaffirm Italy\u2019s extraordinary standing in the building, design, catering, and food sectors as well as the fact that our exclusive taste can now be considered a recognizable brand worldwide.
