The meeting provided an opportunity to examine the development of Italian-Cuban relations at the cultural, economic and cooperation levels, and to gain information on the progress of projects implemented on Cuban territory.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe meet the heads of the Italian OSCs periodically\u201d, said Ambassador Roberto Vellano, \u201cjust as we meet Italian entrepreneurs and residents on the island\u201d. These meetings \u201ctake place on a regular basis. This time\u201d, noted the Ambassador, \u201cthe focus was on exchanging information and assessing the activities of the parties concerned\u201d.
