The Institute\u2019s Director, Paolo Sabbatini, is presenting \u201cLes Pouilles, une longue histoire des saveurs et de couleurs\u201d, in which he recounts the land, flavours and colours of Apulia. It will then be the turn of Tonino Bettanini, who will present his book entitled \u201cBruxelles, la Pelouse des anglais\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Bettanini, who was born in Genoa in 1946, has a wealth of experience in the field of communications coordination.
