New research by Sapienza Universit\u00e0 di Roma in Ethiopia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Italian-Ethiopian conference was organised under the agreement between the Institute and Sapienza Universit\u00e0 di Roma. The university has been working since 2016 on a research project in Ethiopia, focusing on the origins of\u00a0<em>Homo sapiens\u00a0<\/em>and modern human behaviour. The conference will include, in particular, a presentation of the research conducted in Ethiopia by the Italian archaeological mission in Gotera (southern Ethiopia).
