It takes us back, dramatically, to the darkest years of terror\u201d. Speaking was Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi, who continued: \u201cYet again, innocent victims are paying the price of a campaign of hate and destruction against Israel, conducted by people who know no other means than violence to assert their ideas\u201d. <\/P>Terzi expressed \u201cmy deepest condolences to the victims\u2019 families and to the Israeli and Bulgarian authorities\u201d.
