Antonio Tajani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Italy most firmly condemns the cowardly bombing that shook the city of Istanbul today.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">In expressing solidarity to the families of the people affected and our wishes of prompt recovery to the people wounded, Italy reaffirms its closeness to Turkey\u2019s institutions and people and, on the day marking the anniversary of the Bataclan slaughter, reiterates its firm commitment to fight terrorism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Consulate General, in close coordination with the Crisis Unit, has taken immediate action to verify the possible involvement of Italian citizens.
