{"id":91495,"date":"2022-11-17T14:54:55","date_gmt":"2022-11-17T13:54:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2022\/11\/diretta-streaming-giornate-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo\/"},"modified":"2022-11-17T18:01:29","modified_gmt":"2022-11-17T17:01:29","slug":"diretta-streaming-giornate-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/approfondimenti\/2022\/11\/diretta-streaming-giornate-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo\/","title":{"rendered":"Days of Italian Training in the World"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The final event of the\u00a0<strong>Days of Italian Training in the World<\/strong>\u00a0is being held today at the Farnesina with\u00a0<strong>Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong>, the honourable Antonio\u00a0<strong>Tajani<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Minister of Education and Merit<\/strong>, Prof. Giuseppe\u00a0<strong>Valditara<\/strong>\u00a0in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>first official event<\/strong>\u00a0devoted to the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/it\/diplomazia-culturale-e-diplomazia-scientifica\/cultura\/sistema-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo\/\">Italian Training System in the World<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0gave an opportunity for meetings and discussions among all the players in the network, including\u00a0<strong>Italian schools and sections<\/strong>\u00a0abroad,\u00a0<strong>lectures<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>courses on the Italian language and culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/GFIM_Programma-Ufficiale_.pdf\">Read the programme<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by\u00a0<strong>students, experts, teachers, school managers and administrative personnel<\/strong>\u00a0and originated from the awareness that Italian education and training are an important instrument of\u00a0<strong>cultural diplomacy and soft power<\/strong>, as part of the promotion of the\u00a0<strong>Italian language and culture in the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the\u00a0<strong>first edition<\/strong>\u00a0of the Days of Italian Training in the World, the Directorate General for Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation intends to\u00a0<strong>boost<\/strong>\u00a0this network of educational institutions, promoting discussion among all players on opportunities, challenges and prospects for the\u00a0<strong>Italian educational model.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In view of the event, four\u00a0<strong>technical discussions<\/strong>\u00a0were held in which the representatives of the Italian Training System in the World, led by external\u00a0<strong>experts<\/strong>, discussed\u00a0<strong>strategic topics<\/strong>\u00a0including digitalisation, interculturality, inclusion, communication, planning, the Internet and innovation in teaching methods.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>results<\/strong>\u00a0of the thematic discussions will be gathered in a\u00a0<strong>policy document<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian Training System in the world includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>over 300,000 students<\/li>\n<li>7 Italian state schools abroad \u2013 the core of the System operating in Addis Ababa, Athens, Barcelona, Istanbul, Madrid, Paris and Zurich<\/li>\n<li>42 Italian private schools abroad with 30 in the Northern Hemisphere and 12 in the Southern Hemisphere<\/li>\n<li>92 Italian sections in foreign, bilingual or international schools where both the Italian language is taught, as well as subjects taught in Italian.
