{"id":96205,"date":"2023-02-04T09:10:54","date_gmt":"2023-02-04T08:10:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2023\/02\/aggiornamento-nota-informativa-cerimonia-di-consegna-alle-autorita-libiche-di-una-motovedetta-classe-300-in-ambito-del-progetto-europeo-sibmmil\/"},"modified":"2023-02-06T11:52:30","modified_gmt":"2023-02-06T10:52:30","slug":"aggiornamento-nota-informativa-cerimonia-di-consegna-alle-autorita-libiche-di-una-motovedetta-classe-300-in-ambito-del-progetto-europeo-sibmmil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/notestampa\/2023\/02\/aggiornamento-nota-informativa-cerimonia-di-consegna-alle-autorita-libiche-di-una-motovedetta-classe-300-in-ambito-del-progetto-europeo-sibmmil\/","title":{"rendered":"UPDATE INFORMATION NOTE CEREMONY FOR THE HANDOVER OF A 300 CLASS PATROL BOAT TO THE LIBYAN AUTHORITIES AS PART OF THE EUROPEAN PROJECT SIBMMIL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>UPDATE<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>INFORMATION NOTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Adria (RO), 6 February 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On\u00a0<strong>Monday 6 February 2023 starting from about 6:00 p.m.<\/strong>, in\u00a0<strong>Adria (RO)<\/strong>, at Cantiere Navale Vittoria, the ceremony for the handover of a newly built 300 class patrol boat to the Libyan authorities, as part of the European project SIBMMIL, will be held.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the ceremony, there will be a joint press conference of the Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0<strong>Antonio Tajani<\/strong>, the Italian Minister of Interior,\u00a0<strong>Matteo Piantedosi<\/strong>, the Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs,\u00a0<strong>Najila El Mangoush<\/strong>, and the European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement,\u00a0<strong>Oliv\u00e9r V\u00e1rhelyi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>There will be no live coverage of the meeting.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The accredited press will have the possibility to listen to the institutional speeches from the press room.<\/p>\n<p>Journalists, photographers and cameramen may apply for accreditation by sending their request to\u00a0<strong>Prefettura di Rovigo<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>not later than 1:00 p.m. of Sunday 5 February\u00a0<\/strong>to the e-mail address\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:prefetto.pref_rovigo@interno.it\"><strong>prefetto.pref_rovigo@interno.it<\/strong><\/a>, attaching the following:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>copy of an identity document;<\/li>\n<li>letter of assignment from the newspaper of affiliation or \u2013 in the absence of the latter \u2013 copy of professional identity card;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please note that on the day of the event (06\/02\/2023) no new accreditation requests will be accepted, except for unforeseen replacements.<\/p>\n<p>Press badges can be collected (in person, upon presentation of a valid identity document) at the\u00a0<strong>Press Accreditation Desk<\/strong>, at the entrance to Cantiere Navale Vittoria, located in Via Leonardo da Vinci 47,\u00a0<strong><u>from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m<\/u><\/strong>. Accredited journalists, photographers and cameramen will be escorted to the press area by on-site staff.
