{"id":91495,"date":"2022-11-17T14:54:55","date_gmt":"2022-11-17T13:54:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2022\/11\/diretta-streaming-giornate-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo\/"},"modified":"2026-05-26T14:00:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T12:00:14","slug":"diretta-streaming-giornate-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/approfondimenti\/2022\/11\/diretta-streaming-giornate-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Days of Italian Training in the World"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The final event of the <strong>Days of Italian Training in the World<\/strong> is being held today at the Farnesina with <strong>Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong>, the honourable Antonio <strong>Tajani<\/strong>, and <strong>Minister of Education and Merit<\/strong>, Prof. Giuseppe <strong>Valditara<\/strong> in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>first official event<\/strong> devoted to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/it\/temi\/diplomazia_culturale\/sistema-della-formazione-italiana-nel-mondo\/\">Italian Training System in the World<\/a><\/strong> gave an opportunity for meetings and discussions among all the players in the network, including <strong>Italian schools and sections<\/strong> abroad, <strong>lectures<\/strong> and <strong>courses on the Italian language and culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/GFIM_Programma-Ufficiale_.pdf\">Read the programme<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by <strong>students, experts, teachers, school managers and administrative personnel<\/strong> and originated from the awareness that Italian education and training are an important instrument of <strong>cultural diplomacy and soft power<\/strong>, as part of the promotion of the <strong>Italian language and culture in the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the <strong>first edition<\/strong> of the Days of Italian Training in the World, the Directorate General for Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation intends to <strong>boost<\/strong> this network of educational institutions, promoting discussion among all players on opportunities, challenges and prospects for the <strong>Italian educational model.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In view of the event, four <strong>technical discussions<\/strong> were held in which the representatives of the Italian Training System in the World, led by external <strong>experts<\/strong>, discussed <strong>strategic topics<\/strong> including digitalisation, interculturality, inclusion, communication, planning, the Internet and innovation in teaching methods.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>results<\/strong> of the thematic discussions will be gathered in a <strong>policy document<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian Training System in the world includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>over 300,000 students<\/li>\n<li>7 Italian state schools abroad \u2013 the core of the System operating in Addis Ababa, Athens, Barcelona, Istanbul, Madrid, Paris and Zurich<\/li>\n<li>42 Italian private schools abroad with 30 in the Northern Hemisphere and 12 in the Southern Hemisphere<\/li>\n<li>92 Italian sections in foreign, bilingual or international schools where both the Italian language is taught, as well as subjects taught in Italian.
