We reaffirm that this treaty remains functioning and useful. The withdrawal becomes effective within six months.<\/div>\n<div>Regarding issues on Treaty implementation, we will continue to engage Russia as was previously decided among NATO Allies and other European partners to address outstanding issues such as the undue restrictions to flights over Kaliningrad. We continue to call on the Russian Federation to lift these restrictions and continue our dialogue with all parties.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Traduzione di cortesia:<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Ci rincresce che il Governo degli Stati Uniti abbia annunciato la sua intenzione di ritirarsi dal Trattato Cieli Aperti, anche se condividiamo le sue preoccupazioni circa l\u2019attuazione da parte della Federazione Russa delle clausole del Trattato.<\/div>\n<div>Il Trattato Cieli Aperti \u00e8 un elemento cruciale del quadro di costruzione della fiducia che \u00e8 stato creato nell\u2019arco degli scorsi decenni al fine di migliorare la trasparenza e la sicurezza nell\u2019area Euro \u2013 Atlantica.<\/div>\n<div>Continueremo a dare attuazione al Trattato Cieli Aperti, che fornisce un chiaro valore aggiunto alla nostra architettura di controllo degli armamenti convenzionali e alla nostra sicurezza cooperativa. Ribadiamo che questo Trattato rimane in funzione e utile.
