The Italian Cooperation service sends relief medical supplies to Libya

The humanitarian shipment from the Italian Cooperation service, consisting of more than 10 tons of medicines and relief medical and hygiene supplies shipped from the United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD) of Brindisi, reached the Port of Tripoli this morning. The supply of humanitarian supplies responds to a request made to Italy by the World Health Organisation (WHO), which plans to use the Italian supplies to provide healthcare assistance to the Libyan population and to the migrants and refugees affected by the conflict that is ongoing in the Country.
