"Story of a bunch of grapes that wanted to make wine"

Within the framework of the activities resulting from the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Farnesina and the Reggio Children Foundation, Centro Loris Malaguzzi, under which the "Taste Day" was promoted in Italian schools abroad on the occasion of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the world, the Italian private school of Tirana, established by the Dante Alighieri Society, has launched the project "Story of a bunch of grapes that wanted to make wine". The initiative aims at valorizing and focusing people's attention on the typical local foods of the community, as a symbol, driver and inspiration for renewing the local tradition, culture, and economy.

It also pursues the objective of developing taste starting from childhood and promoting the knowledge of the processes that transform and regenerate food, with the addition of narrative elements and the tasting of new flavors, and including the techniques for making wine, which is a product that is common to all the Mediterranean countries, in a historic and knowledge building framework
