An aerial view of Italy at sunset, with its incredible landscapes is the subject of a photographic exhibition displaying photos by Massimo Sestini that was inaugurated in Hanoi, Vietnam. The exhibition was organised by the Italian Embassy in Hanoi and the Italian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City as part of “The Italian Way of Life” integrated promotion programme financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The photographs, which make visitors discover the marvels of the Country, spanning from the most important cities to cultural sites, and sweeping from the coasts to the Alps, were taken by the artist on board of the helicopters of the Italian State Police. The exhibition – displayed at the Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi - will run until 10 August, at the presence of representatives of Vietnamese Ministries and Agencies.
Sestini’s photographs have already been on show at the Quirinale, made their international debut at the Multimedia Art Museum in Moscow last March and are now waiting to tour several Asian cities. The Exhibition was made possible thanks to the collaboration between the Foreign Ministry and the State Police, and with the patronage of the Ministry of the Interior.
