Press accreditation notice - Development Cooperation Forum “Relief in protracted Crisis: the Syria Case” (Rome, Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi, 21 November 2018)

The Development Cooperation Forum entitled “Relief in protracted Crisis: the Syria Case” will be held on Wednesday, 21 November 2018, as part of the Rome MED 2018 - Mediterranean Dialogues Forum in Rome at the Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi.

The Forum will be opened at 9.00 a.m. by the Director of CIHEAM (International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies), Bari, Maurizio Raeli, and the ISPI Deputy Director (Italian Institute for International Political Studies) Antonio Villafranca. The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,Emanuela Claudia Del Re and the Secretary-General of the Mediterranean Thoracic Society, Tammam Youssef, will deliver their addresses at 9.30 a.m.

 

The event, which is to end at 12.15 p.m., will be fully open to the press. The  Director General of Development Cooperation, Giorgio Marrapodi, will present the conclusion of the meeting.

 

Italian and English will be the event's working languages .

Journalists, photographers and TV crews who wish to attend the event should apply for accreditation by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it  (tel. 06/3691.3432-8573-8210), attaching the letter of their media organisation with personal data (or press card for freelance journalists) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s country.

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews can report directly to the Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi, in Via Frescobaldi n. 5 (Rome) by 9.00 a.m.
