From 5 to 7 December 2019, Rome’s Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi will host the firth edition of the MED Conference – Mediterranean Dialogues, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) since 2015.
The Conference is structured into 3 days of meetings: the “MED Fora” (closed to the press) on 5 December; Med Ministerial Meetings (open to the press) on 6 and 7 December, to be preceded by an Opening Ceremony on 6 December, at 9:00 a.m.
The working sessions will begin on Friday, 6 December, with opening remarks by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio.
The Conference will close on Saturday, 7 December, with an address by Prime Minister Giuseppe CONTE.

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in covering the event on 6 and 7 December are requested to apply for accreditation by 4 p.m. on Thursday, 5 December in one of the following two ways:
• ONLINE, at the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching thereto the requested documentation in digital format (letter of his/her media organization containing his/her personal data and, for members of the foreign press, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).

The press entrance to the Congress Centre of the Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi, on via G. Frescobaldi, 5, will be open in the following time slots:
- Friday, 6 December, from 7:15 a.m. to the end of the working sessions
- Saturday, 7 December, from 8:00 a.m. to the end of the working sessions
Due to security reasons, it will be necessary to go to the Press Accreditation Desk every day to pick up the press badge that gives access to the Conference and hand it back in before leaving.
The Conference will provide a press room with WIFI connection, monitors through which it will be able to follow the working sessions and a media corner for eventual interviews.
