Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Paolo Gentiloni will introduce the Farnesina Crisis Unit’s new institutional websites “Viaggiare Sicuri” and “Dove Siamo nel Mondo” at 11:00 on Wednesday 22 July 2015 in the Crisis Unit’s Operations Room.
The new “Viaggiare Sicuri” (Safe Travelling) site has undergone a full graphic and content overhaul in order to facilitate user consultation and the immediate usability of the information.
The new “Dove Siamo nel Mondo” (Where we are in the World) site offers Italian nationals the possibility of registering their whereabouts abroad, and is intended to offer an updated picture of the geographic location and professional profile of Italians in countries considered most at risk.
During the event, a new institutional promotional spot, created with the collaboration of the Department for Information and Publishing of the Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with Alberto Angela offering the testimonial, will also be presented.
