Media Access to the Berlin Summit on the Western Balkans
(Berlin, 14 October)
On 14 October, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani – by Prime Minister’s delegation – will take part in the Berlin Process Summit that brings together the Heads of State and government of the Western Balkans and some EU countries.
The works will start at 9.30 a.m. at the Federal Chancellery in Berlin.
Journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to cover the Summit shall mandatorily obtain accreditation in order to be admitted to follow the works.
Any requests shall be sent no later than Wednesday 9 October at 10 a.m. to stampa.berlino@esteri.it,
enclosing the following documents:
- copy of passport;
- letter from the newspaper of affiliation;
- any list of equipment in English.
Accredited journalists, photographers and cameramen will be sent logistical information on access to the event at a later date.
