Notice on visas
Delegates who need a visa to enter Italy are required to appeal for a visa as soon as possible to the relevant Italian Embassy/General Consulate. To this effect, at the very moment of their registration for the 47th ATCM in the Antarctic Treaty website, Delegates will receive an invitation letter to participate in the Meeting in Milan. The letter will have to be presented to the Italian Embassy/General Consulate responsible for the delivery of the visa. Delegates will have to follow closely all other instructions that the relevant Italian Embassy/General Consulate will give in order to receive the visa.
Online Registration and Documents
The online registration and submission of meeting documents are managed through the Antarctic Treaty Secretariat website. These sections will be enabled closer to the start of the Meeting.
