PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE
ITALY–MONGOLIA BUSINESS FORUM
(Villa Madama, 2 December 2025)
On 2 December 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with Italian Trade Agency, will organise the Italy–Mongolia Business Forum in Rome, at Villa Madama.
At 3:00 p.m., the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Battsetseg Batmunkh, will attend the closing institutional session, which will be open to the press.
Among others, the event will be attended by Matteo Zoppas, President of the Italian Trade Agency; Bulgan Saruul, Secretary-General of the National Chamber of Commerce of Mongolia; Regina Corradini D’Arienzo, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of SIMEST; Laurent Franciosi, Head of International Affairs at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti; and Michele Pignotti, Chief Executive Officer of SACE (TBC).
The Forum takes place within a context of growing interest in market diversification and the development of bilateral collaborations, particularly in the fields of textile production and trade, the agri-food industry, infrastructure development, renewable energy, and transport.
Journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to cover the event may request accreditation by 4:00 p.m. on 1 December, registering at https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it and uploading the required documentation.
Those already registered on the online Portal and who have received confirmation from the system may access their profile and select participation in the event.

Accredited badges must be collected in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, central entrance (left-hand side), on Tuesday, 2 December, between 1:50 p.m. and 2:20 p.m.
As it is not possible to reach Villa Madama with private vehicles, accredited journalists will be transported to Villa Madama via a shuttle service operating from the central entrance of the Farnesina (round trip), available until the conclusion of the event.
