ITALY-GERMANY BUSINESS FORUM
Rome – Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi

On the sidelines of the Italy-Germany Intergovernmental Summit scheduled in Rome on 23 January, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with Italian Trade Agency, is organising the Italy-Germany Business Forum at the Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi in Rome.
The Forum will open at 09:30 a.m. with institutional remarks by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, the Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso and the German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Katherina Reiche.
From 10:15 a.m., thematic sessions (closed to the press) will take place on advanced industry sectors (automotive, steel, pharmaceuticals), infrastructure and connectivity, energy and defence, security and aerospace, followed by a networking lunch to facilitate B2B meetings between companies.
The opening remarks, from 09:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and the closing session, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., will be open to the press and broadcast live on the Farnesina’s YouTube channel.
Journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to attend the press-open sessions are requested to register no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, 22 January, via the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching the required documentation.
Those already registered on the online portal who have received confirmation of their registration can access their profile and select participation in the event.

No new accreditation requests will be accepted on 23 January; only replacements will be allowed.
Accredited journalists, photographers and cameramen may collect their badge at the Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi, Via G. Frescobaldi n.5, as follows:
- from 08:15 a.m. to 09:15 a.m. – to attend the opening remarks
- from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. – to attend the plenary session
