Italy stands with Saudi Arabia and its people. It is essential to ensure the security and stability of the entire region, avoiding any further escalation.
I condemn the new attacks against Saudi Arabia’s civilian infrastructure, including the Riyadh airport. These attacks are unacceptable and must cease immediately.”
Minister Tajani also reaffirmed Italy’s support for the efforts of the United Nations Special Envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, to revive the political process while ensuring the protection of the Yemeni civilian population.
