The global challenges facing industry and logistics are the focus of the 4th Italian-Czech Business Forum, ‘Reframing Europe’s Strategic Map’, scheduled for this afternoon, 15 October, at the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament, organised by the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the bilateral Friendship Groups of the Czech and Italian Parliaments, the Embassy of Italy in Prague and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Rome.

As Ambassador Alessandro Gaudiano pointed out:  “The Business Forum is a further milestone in the extraordinary collaboration between Italy and the Czech Republic that we are currently witnessing, two weeks on from the meeting in Prague between Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, which saw the adoption of the Italian-Czech Action Plan, and on the very same day that Czech Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Petr Macinka is meeting Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani in Rome.”

The event will feature presentations by heads from some of the leading Czech and Italian companies in key industrial sectors, including Enrico Savio, SVP Strategic Customer Analysis at Leonardo SpA; Petr Marijczuk, CEO of Ammo+ at the Czechoslovak Group; Daniela Gentile, CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare; Roberto Vavassori, Executive Director of the Brembo Group; and Claudio Zaccomer, Wire Rod Manager at Pittini Group.
